The Delmarva Discovery Museum showcases a wide array of exhibits that cater to diverse interests. Among its highlights is the "Eastern Shore Experience," which takes visitors on a captivating journey through the region's rich history, culture, and natural environment. Interactive displays, artifacts, and hands-on activities bring the stories of the Delmarva Peninsula to life, providing insights into the area's maritime heritage, agricultural traditions, and unique ecosystems.

 

Another popular exhibit is the "Science in Motion" gallery, designed to spark curiosity and encourage exploration of scientific principles. Children and adults alike can engage with interactive exhibits that demonstrate the wonders of physics, chemistry, and biology. From creating colorful chemical reactions to exploring the forces of motion, visitors gain a deeper understanding of the world around them.

 

In March, the museum hosts an annual Delmarva Decoy Heritage Festival that celebrates the rich history and tradition of decoy carving on the Delmarva peninsula to include carving demonstrations by master carvers, decoy show, carving workshops, and more.
