Distribution Manager

O'Rourke Media Group is recruiting for a Full-Time Distribution Manager at The Guide in Seaford, DE.
The Guide publications have been delivered, for over 65 years, through its own in-house delivery personnel. Our drivers are part of a 2-person team that delivers The Guide and Maryland Guide weekly publications to businesses throughout Delmarva.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, supervise and schedule delivery personnel
- Add and maintain routes
- Maintain distribution numbers and low-rate returns
- Work with vehicle maintenance personnel to ensure scheduling of repairs and normal maintenance of vehicles
- Ensure vehicles are properly tagged and insured
Compensation/Benefits:
