Zesty Holiday Dip

Ingredients:

3 cups plain yogurt

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard 

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon chopped garlic

Salt and cracked pepper to taste

 

Directions:

For optimal consistency, strain yogurt for 20 minutes in a yogurt strainer or cheesecloth. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Season with salt and cracked pepper. Serve with fresh vegetables.

 

Yield: 8-2 tablespoon servings
