Candidate must have 2+ years

experience with units turnovers,

drywall, painting, masonry,

plumbing, electric, roofing,

siding, power washing, grounds

maintenance, grass mowing,

snow plowing.

Must have valid Delaware driver’s

license and dependable vehicle

to get to and from work.
