CHEER is looking to hire a full time Facilities Technician to perform repairs and maintenance of the CHEER facilities.

Duties include, but are not limited to, maintaining buildings and grounds; knowledge of boilers, generators, air conditioners, heating systems, etc.; able to perform preventative maintenance on equipment, takes calls as needed for emergencies, reports to and takes direction from the facilities manager; works special events as needed; clean driving record along with a valid driver’s license and must complete Defensive Driving Course.

The Facilities Technician must have a minimum of 5 years’ exp. in property maintenance, basic plumbing, electrical, heating & air conditioning; able to lift up to 50 lbs.; read and interpret documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals and maintenance instructions; and the ability to write routine reports.
