Full-time, available at Girl’s Group Home, a 24/7 program for foster care youth. Program Manager works with supervisors and direct care staff to ensure trauma-informed, quality services, are provided for (8) adolescent girls; PM also works directly with girls. Position requires administrative tasks such as managing the facility needs and monitoring files (quality assurance). Must have (4) years of experience in human services or related field. Preference given to candidate with relevant Bachelor’s degree and supervisory experience. Position reports to Program Director and will require a flex schedule and on-call responsibility.
