industrial lead mechanic
Responsible for the management
of personnel who perform work
involving the skills of two or more
maintenance or craft occupations
to keep machines, mechanical
equipment, or the structure of an
establishment in repair. This
position recommends improvements in manufacturing
equipment to the Plant Manager.
Education, Experience & 
Skill Requirements:
-Min. of 3 yrs. related exp. in manufacturing and supervision.
-Ability to read, understand and follow technical instructions.
-Knowledge of local, state, and federal environmental regs.
-Knowledge of OSHA 
regulations.
-Ability to balance multiple
projects.
-Ability to be flexible and adaptable, and change priorities and directions as needed.
-Ability to work well as a member of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Authority and
Responsibility:
Oversees the following duties:
-Pipe fitting
-Boiler making
-Insulating
-Welding
-Machining
-Carpentry
-Repairing electrical or
mechanical equipment
-Installing, aligning and
balancing new equipment
-Building maintenance
