WEDNESDAY, JULY 9 STARTING @ APPROX. 8:30 PM 2025 Movies on the Beach On the Beach at the Carousel Hotel 118th St., Ocean City, MD Enjoy a perfect summer treat for the whole family with FREE movies on the beach! Every Wednesday evening from June 4th to August 27th, gather under the stars on Ocean City’s beautiful sands for a memorable movie experience by the waves. Bring your blankets, chairs, and snacks, and enjoy a variety of family-friendly films in a picturesque setting. This week’s movie is Peter Pan. The event is weather-dependent, so check local updates for any changes or cancellations. JUNE 18 - JULY 12 STARTING @ 6:30 PM Hebron Fireman’s Carnival Hebron Fire Department 200 S. Main St., Hebron, MD The Hebron Fireman’s Carnival started in 1926. The carnival has continued to grow with the fire department and all proceeds are used to improve fire fighting activities and community projects. The annual carnival is famous for its tasty “oyster sandwiches” and a wide variety of refreshments. The carnival o›ers a full night of entertainment of games and rides for the whole family. Vintage kiddy cars have been the focus of fun for generations of youngsters along with the merry-go-round, ferris wheel, scrambler, and bumper cars to name a few. Bingo is a long-standing tradition at the carnival where many people pack into the bench seats to play the game. The Carnival will open each night at 6:30pm for food and rides will open by 7:15pm. Closing time for the carnival each night will depend on the size of the crowd. THURSDAY, JULY 3 FROM 10 AM TO 11 AM Walk to DeBraak! Cape Henlopen State Park (CHSP) 15099 Cape Henlopen Drive, Lewes, DE Zwaanendael Museum is hosting this special tour that explores the history, artifacts and surviving hull section of the HMS DeBraak, an 18th century shipwreck! Each tour will last approximately 45 minutes. Individuals ages 10 and up are welcome. Space is limited to 18 participants. Prior registration is encouraged, but walk-ups are welcome if tours have room. FRIDAY, JULY 4 STARTING AT 5 PM West Side Creative Market The Developing Artist Collaboration 19826 Central St., Rehoboth Beach, DE Featuring 100% handmade goods by local Artists and Artisans, this event is a way for our Artists and community to come together every week. Every Monday and Friday of the Summer will feature around 20+ di›erent Artists selling products including but not limited to original fine art, jewelry, ceramics, edible goodies, apparel, and more! Amateurs and experienced builders are welcome to participate. Prizes will be awarded in two categories: children 12 and younger, and the “all ages” open class.
