Increase water intake: You should consume at least eight, 8 oz. glasses of water per day - Adding some flavor to your water can make this a bit more appetizing such as cucumber, mint, strawberries, etc. 2. Increase intake of fruits and veggies high in water content: Cucumbers, tomatoes, pineapples, watermelon, grapes, etc. 3. Increase intake of desserts high in water content: Jelly drops (contains water and electrolytes), ice pops, gelatin, etc. 4. Drinks that will increase your dehydration due to a diuretic e ect: CaŒeine, alcohol, sodas, sugary drinks, energy drinks, and protein shakes. 5. Symptoms of dehydration: Common but not limited to headache, fatigue, dizziness, dry skin, high heart rate, low blood pressure. 6.
