Ham Roll-Ups

Ingredients:

1/2 lb. imported ham (sliced) (can use boiled ham)

2 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese (softened)

1 lg. jar of whole kosher dill pickles

 

Directions:

Soften cream cheese. Drain & dry pickles on paper towels. Spread ham slices

w/cream cheese. Place pickles on cream cheese & roll up. Chill for 1 hr. or longer. Slice into 1/4 inch slices. Keep chilled until ready to serve.

(Can be made a day ahead). Great For Parties!
