St. Paul’s Rice

Ingredients:

2 green peppers, chopped

2 lbs. sausage (any kind)

2 large onions, chopped

3 large stalks celery, chopped

2 envelopes dehydrated chicken noodle soup

2 cups rice (instant brown or white)

4 cups water

 

Directions:

Brown sausage with onions, peppers and celery in skillet. Put soup mix and rice in the water and cook for 7 minutes. Add water if needed. Combine sausage & rice. Eat as is or bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Liquid will absorb.
