USA Fulfillment, a 3PL with multiple locations in Chestertown, MD and Dover, DE is currently recruiting a full-time warehouse supervisor for our Dover location. This all-in working supervisor will handle daily operations of the warehouse including B2B and B2C shipping, receiving, returns and transfers in a fast-paced environment. The successful applicant will maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiencies in the day-to-day operations; leading and developing the Dover team. Candidates must have excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills and be flexible with shift start and end times, as well as days worked, including weekends and holidays.

Required: 3 years supervisory experience of a team, computer skills in Word and Excel, experience working with a Warehouse Management System and the ability to lift 10-50 pounds.
