Cheese Ball

Ingredients:

(2) 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese

1/4 lb. bleu cheese

1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated

1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1/4 tsp. cayenne

1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

2 Tbsp. grated onion

1 clove garlic, minced

1 cup walnuts, chopped

 

Directions:

Combine cheeses with mixer. Add Worcestershire, cayenne, salt, onion, garlic, and 1/2 cup of the walnuts. Mix well. Shape into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill thoroughly. Roll in remaining nuts to coat the outside. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
