Char’s Macaroni Salad

Ingredients:

2 lbs. macaroni (cooked & drained) (I also like to use wheel pasta)

1 lb. bacon (fried & crumbled)

1/2 lb. white American cheese (sliced thick & diced)

6 plum tomatoes (diced, remove juice & seeds)

1/2 med. white onion (diced fine)

1/2 lg. green pepper (diced)

salt & pepper (to taste or add other spices)

 

Mix everything above. Then mix together dressing and stir into pasta.

 

Dressing:

2 cups mayonnaise

2 tsps. French’s mustard

1 cup sugar or Splenda (I use 1/2 cup of each)

3  Tbsps. apple cider vinegar (to taste)

1/2 of lg. can of canned milk (canned milk makes dressing creamier, but can use regular milk)
