Fruit Cobbler

Ingredients:

1 can sliced peaches, drained

1 can sliced pears, drained 

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

3 cups no sugar applesauce, divided into 2 cups and 1 cup

2 cups pancake/biscuit mix 

2 tablespoons sugar

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 ?F.

2. In a deep 9” x 9” baking pan, add the peaches, pears, blueberries, and 2 cups of Mott’s Natural Apple Sauce.

3. In a separate bowl, mix 2 cups of pancake/biscuit mix with 1 cup of apple sauce.

4. Spread the mixture over the fruit.

5. Sprinkle with sugar.

6. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until the top is brown and sides are bubbling.

 

Serving Suggestions:

Serve either warm or cold with a dollop of fat-free topping.
