Cranberry Vanilla Smoothie |
Ingredients:4 ounces cranberry juice 3 ounces vanilla-flavored soy milk 1⁄2 banana, cut into slices 1⁄4 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen 1⁄4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt 1⁄4 cup crushed ice
Directions:Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend for a few seconds on high speed or until ingredients are thoroughly combined. Pour into a glass. Makes 1 serving. |
