Lynette’s Crab Cakes

Ingredients:

2 oz. melted butter

1 slice white bread

1 Tbsp. mustard

1 egg

1 lb. crabmeat (I use backfin)

salt & pepper (to taste)

Old Bay (optional)

 

Directions:

Pick all shells out of crabmeat. Mix all ingredients together. Make small patties. Fry in bacon grease or hot oil until golden brown. Makes about 30 patties.
