Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:

1/3 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice

2 Tbsps. soy sauce

4 salmon fillets (6 oz. each)

 

Directions:

Line a 15x10 baking sheet with foil, grease. Set aside. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except salmon. Place salmon, skin side down on prepared pan. Spoon sauce mixture over fish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20-25 min. or until fish flakes with a fork. Baste frequently with pan juices.
