Seafood Imperial

Ingredients:

2 lbs. shrimp (raw, peeled & deveined)

2 lbs. sea scallops

1 lb. crab meat (I use lump)

2 eggs (beaten)

salt & pepper (to taste)

1 cup mayonnaise (not salad dressing)

Worcestershire sauce (to taste)

2 Tbsp. flour

lemon juice (half of a fresh lemon)

1 stick butter or margarine (melted)

4 slices white bread (cubed)

Old Bay (to taste)

 

Directions:

Beat eggs. Add spices, Worcestershire sauce & mayonnaise. Add flour & prepared seafood. Mix gently. Place in greased 13x9 baking dish. Place buttered bread cubes on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until seafood is done.
