Pretty Much About The Best Chili Around

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground meat (choice of pork, beef, chicken, venison)

1/2 stick chorizo

chopped green pepper, onion, garlic, cilantro

1 can Rotel (your choice of heat)

1 can Rotel sauce

1 can chopped tomatoes

2 cans beans (your choice light, dark, pinto, etc.)

1 or more fresh hot peppers split down the sides

 

Directions:

Saute garlic, onions, peppers till soft. Add ground meat and cook till done (drain any excess grease). Pour liquid from beans, add beans, mix well. Simmer about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stick fresh split hot pepper in center, simmer 5 minutes.

 

Serve over rice, noodles or corn bread. Top with your favorite shredded cheese. Enjoy.
