Ingredients:1 lb. beef cubes salt & pepper 1 tsp. meat tenderizer 1 can sliced potatoes 1 small can carrots 1 small can green beans 1 small can peas 1 small can corn 1 small can stewed tomatoes 1 large can tomato sauce 1 tsp. minced onion 1/2 tsp. thyme 1/2 tsp. celery salt 1/4 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. basil 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt 3 Tbsps. flour
Directions:DO NOT DRAIN VEGETABLES! Bring beef cubes, seasoned with salt, pepper and meat tenderizer to a boil & simmer for 2 hours. Drain beef & set aside. Place all vegetables, tomato sauce, onion & seasonings in large pot. Bring to a slow boil. Cut beef up into small pieces and return to stew. Simmer for 30 minutes.
