Apple Caramel Bread Pudding |
Ingredients:7 cups crumbled stale bread 4 cups milk 2 cups sugar 8 Tbsps. melted butter 10 beaten eggs 2 Tbsps. vanilla 1 cup raisins 2 cups diced apples (any, your choice) 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg
Directions:Combine all above ingredients, should be moist. Pour into 9”x12” buttered dish. Place in 350 degree oven for 1 hour 30 minutes - until top is golden brown. Take one jar caramel ice cream topping and pour on top.
