Mini Cheddar Loaves

Ingredients:

3 1/2 cups biscuit/baking mix

2 1/2 cups (10 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese

2 eggs

1 1/4 cups milk

 

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine biscuit mix & cheese. Beat eggs & milk. Stir into cheese mixture just until moistened. Pour into four greased 5 3/4”x3”x2” loaf pans. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes.

Bread can also be made into one 9”x5”x3” loaf pan. Bake for 50-55 minutes.
