A.P. Croll & Son Inc is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Project Manager with potential for Full-Time. Must be a motivated, self-starter to work with assisting management with various commercial & residential projects. Must be able to work from acquisition to project turnover, establishing & managing budgets & schedules. Must be able to secure subcontractor bids & manage administrative duties that include dealing with regulatory agencies. This is primarily a work from home position that will require some travel within the area. Periodic office visits also required. Must be computer literate and pay is based on experience.
