in Delmar, DE. Transportation
required. Perform functions such
as cleaning windows, floors, stairwells, laundry rooms, elevators,
carpets, vacant apartments,
emptying trash, picking up paper
& debris on the grounds. Perform
special assignments as needed
or requested by the Property
Manager, as applicable and must
be able to lift 40 lbs. Exp. with
apartment complexes
