required. Perform functions such
as cleaning windows, floors,
stairwells, laundry rooms,
elevators, carpets, vacant
apartments, emptying trash,
picking up paper and debris on
the grounds. Perform special
assignments as needed or
requested by the Property
Manager, as applicable and must
be able to lift 40 lbs. Exp. with
apartment complexes preferred.
