Lamb Meatballs with Currants and Pine Nuts

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground lamb 

4 oz. breadcrumbs 

4 oz. milk

2 Tbsp. kosher salt

1 tsp. black pepper

2 oz. honey

3 oz. pine nuts, toasted

2 oz. dried black currants 

1 tsp. chopped garlic

 

Directions:

Soak breadcrumbs with milk. Combine the soaked bread- crumbs with the remaining ingredients and mix well. Allow the mixture to rest 30 minutes. Form into desired shape and grill on all sides until cooked but still a bit pink inside. Serve immediately.
