Cherry-Cheese Pie |
Ingredients:1 9” graham cracker pie crust 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (softened) 1 14 oz. can Eagle Brand condensed milk 1/3 cup lemon juice 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 can (1 lb. 5 oz.) cherry pie filling or any fruit filling
Directions:Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add condensed milk. Stir until well mixed. Stir in lemon juice & vanilla until well blended. Pour into crust & chill 2 or 3 hours. Serve topped with cherries & whipped cream.
