Angel Lush Cake with Pineapple |
Ingredients:1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello vanilla flavored instant pudding 1 20 oz. can Dole crushed pineapple in juice, undrained 1 cup thawed Cool Whip 1 10 oz. pkg. prepared round angel food cake small amount of strawberries to decorate top
Directions:Combine dry pudding mix and pineapple with juice in a medium bowl. Gently stir in Cool Whip. Cut cake horizontally into 3 layers. Place bottom cake layer cut-side up on serving plate. Spread 1 1/2 cups of the pudding mixture onto bottom layer. Place middle cake layer onto pudding layer. Spread with remaining pudding mixture and with top cake layer cut-side down. Place strawberries on top. Refrigerate at least 1 hr. or until ready to serve. Makes 10 servings.
