Pretzel Salad

Ingredients:

2 cups crushed pretzels

3/4 cups melted margarine

4 Tbsp. sugar

1 8 oz. cream cheese

1 cup sugar

1 8 oz. Cool Whip

1 1/3 cups boiling water

1 lg. box strawberry Jello

1 pkg. frozen strawberries

 

Directions:

Mix pretzels, margarine, 4 Tbsp. sugar together in 9x11 pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Do not over bake. Cool completely. Cream together cream cheese

& the cup of sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over pretzel mixture. 

Mix Jello with boiling water. Stir in strawberries.

Pour over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate.
