Ingredients:sticky apple sticks cubed veal & pork red wine salt & pepper garlic powder 2 eggs (beaten to make egg wash) plain bread crumbs
Directions:Place cubed meat on sticks, alternating like kabobs. Marinate in wine for 30 minutes. Dip meat in egg wash. Season the meat with salt, pepper & garlic. Then, roll meat in bread crumbs. Quick fry in very hot & deep oil. Place on a meat rack in roaster & bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Delicious!
