Ingredients:1 lb. ground beef 1 small onion, diced 1 cup celery, diced 1 28 oz. can diced tomatoes (do not drain) 1 cup diced carrots 1 cup potatoes, peeled & cubed salt & pepper to taste
Directions:In a skillet, cook beef and onions over medium high heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain. Add tomatoes, carrots, celery and potatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Serves 4 and is tasty.
