Vacation Rentals in Bethany Beach is now hiring for a
Full-Time Year-Round Home Owner’s Association Manager.
This position supervises and
implements the rules and
regulations of the associations.
Job duties include:
* General property operations
* Knowledge of building main
systems
* Implementing rules &
regulations for properties
* Maintain/update databases
for current contracts
* Schedule preventative
maintenance
* Acquire competitive bids
* Supervise maintenance staff
* Perform inspections
* Work closely with HOA
board members
* Assist with property meeting preparations
* Attend all meetings
* Assist with social activities
* Maintain website
* Develop an annual budget
Weekend & on-call hours
for emergencies are required.
Required Qualifications:
* 3+ years community
condominium management
* 2+ years managing
maintenance staff
* Proficient in contract review
and negotiation
* Strong communication skills
* Computer literate
* Knowledge of website maintenance & audio visual equipment * Available for on-call work
during nights & weekends.
