During this 17 week
program you will learn basic
Culinary Arts skills &
training for the ABC & ServSafe exams for a career in the
Food Service Industry.

Qualifications:
You must be at least 18
& a Delaware resident.
You must have a valid DE
license or valid DE State ID. You must have proof of citizenship.
You must bring your Social
Security card.
You must bring an up-to-date
resume.
Males born after 1960 must have registered with the Selective
Service.

Classes Start:
February 5, 2019
Tuesday thru Friday, 5pm-9pm.

Orientation:
Tuesday, January 22, 2019
6pm-8pm.
